Let’s be honest, Auburn football fans. We have all been talking about it forever. Since the installation of the massive jumbotron, there have not really been any massive updates to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Yes, they put in the new press box/recruiting center situation, but that doesn’t really affect your average fan or their game day experience.

Of course, the football program has been shelling out money in other areas to accommodate the changes in today’s world of college football. The Tigers just celebrated the opening of the Woltosz Football Performance Center, a project that has been in the works for a while, now, and cost upwards of $90 million dollars.

There are also the costs that come associated with the new law of the land: Name, Image, and Likeness. The Auburn football program has been able to address these new situations very well, taking the changes in stride and keeping Auburn Athletics at the forefront of the college athletics world. Even so, new athletics director John Cohen is taking it all in and assessing changes and upgrades that need to be made in all aspects of the athletics programs, per The Montgomery Advertiser:

"“I think even the most casual fan looks into our north end zone and sees that we have room for improvement there, and I think we’re gonna get there,” Cohen said Wednesday in an exclusive interview with the Montgomery Advertiser. “It’s going to take a little time, but I think we can create some improvement in the north end zone.”"

The football program has addressed locker room renovations, recruiting center renovations, NIL, and a football-only facility, and with the generous donation from the legendary Nevilles, issues with practice spaces for the basketball and volleyball teams are on their way to being taken care of. Next on the list could certainly be Jordan-Hare’s north end zone.
