5 players other than Bryum Brown who are crucial for Auburn's offense in 2026

The offensive depth chart has been revamped with a slew of newcomers, including at wide receiver.

Auburn’s offensive depth chart has been totally revamped from last season, and it is likely that running back Jeremiah Cobb will be the only returning starter from last year’s squad that failed to move and score the ball effectively.

The arrival of Bryum Brown and a slew of players from USF, who followed Alex Golesh and offensive coordinator Joel Gordon, will be the ones to revitalize Auburn and make the Tigers a threat on offense.

Bout outside of Brown, who are the players who need to have big seasons for the Tigers to be explosive on offense? Here are five of them.

1. Keshaun Singleton

Gone are Cam Coleman, Malcolm Simmons, Eric Singleton and others who were part of the receiving corps last season. Singleton will be looked on as the player who fills Coleman’s shoes, and although the raw talent isn’t the same for the Norcross, Ga., native, the production has been, catching 50 passes for 877 yards and eight touchdowns last season.

Can he replicate that against a tougher schedule?

2. Jeremiah Cobb

The only returning starter from last year’s offense, Cobb has earned the role as Auburn’s workhorse back, and if the offensive line gels in the running game, a 1,000-yard season should be in the cards. The senior could be even more deadly as a receiver in this offense.

3. Stanton Ramil

Auburn's longest struggle has been finding a left tackle it can trust to protect the quarterback at all times. Ramil is the next name that will hopefully fill that void, keeping Brown clean in the pocket and giving the quarterback time to go through his progressions.

4. Jonathan Echols

The tight end was largely ignored last season, with Brandon Frazier and Preston Howard combining for 23 catches, but zero touchdowns. Enter Echols, who was used sparingly but effectively at USF in 2025, with three of his nine catches resulting in touchdowns. Brown having a reliable outlet would be massive.

5. Chas Nimrod

Singleton and Jeremiah Koger might get the headlines, but it could be Nimrod who provides a surprise punch in the passing game this upcoming season. He’s a speedy receiver who could fill a Ryan Davis-type role for Auburn’s offense.
