After a frustrating performance against the Texas A&M Aggies, the Auburn Tigers went into the first bye week of the season with a plan to re-evaluate everything on offense, according to head coach Hugh Freeze.

The Tigers have started off winless in conference play, but while the game against Oklahoma was at least competitive, Auburn seemed to regress against the Aggies— at least on the offensive side of the ball. The defense has been the only bright spot for the Tigers so far.

This weekend, the Auburn Tigers will host the Georgia Bulldogs on the Plains for the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry, which will be played at 6:30 p.m. under the lights in Jordan-Hare Stadium. With the atmosphere of a night matchup and the Tigers' two weeks of preparation, on paper there are a lot of advantages for Freeze's team.

Still, Georgia head coach Kirby Smart displayed that he has very little concern about the upcoming game, per 247 Sports, when he was asked about Auburn coming off a bye week.

"Again, worry about everything, but the priority list is our team more than everybody else."

That was the full answer.

Smart seems to believe that this weekend will result in a sure win for his team, but nothing is ever certain when it comes to playing in Jordan-Hare Stadium at night. What happens if the team that played Oklahoma comes out this weekend instead of the team that played Texas A&M? What happens if Freeze actually carries through on his promise to run the ball more? With such a strong defense, the Tigers could be competitive again if they can figure it out on offense.

Auburn and Georgia kick off from the Plains at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
