Tennessee was the favorite in the SEC throughout the whole season, even hitting No. 1 in the top 25 rankings at one point. However, even with an exit in the Elite Eight, the Volunteers had a lot more potential, especially in the SEC Tournament.

The SEC regular season champions haven't lost anyone in the portal so far and they have brought in three players so far. Four-star transfer Felix Okpara from Ohio State should help add height to the Tigers lineup coming in at 6-foot-11 and he is a Tennessee native.

The Volunteers are losing SEC Player of the Year Dalton Knecht which will be a tough position to fill, but they are still primed to be one of the best teams in the SEC in 2024-2025.
