Auburn Tigers fans everywhere have to be oh so relieved right now. On Sunday, the SEC powerhouse was able to take down Michigan State - that's right, the Tigers are Final Four-bound. However, things weren't easy vs. the Tigers and hearts dropped everywhere midway through the second half.

Johni Broome went down with what looked to be a serious-looking elbow/knee injury, as he took a bit of an awkward fall. He went back to the locker room, sending panic to everyone who loves the Tigers. Thankfully, though, he wasn't out long and he drilled a 3-pointer shortly after returning to action.

Next up for the Tigers is a dance with Florida in the Final Four. When Broome first went down, a lot of us thought his season was over. Taking a look at the injury in slow-motion fashion, it's easy to see Auburn is quite lucky something serious was avoided:

In the clip above, look at Broome's knee and elbow. When he was on the ground holding said elbow, it was scary. As he was gingerly walking off the court too, you could see him tell his teammates that he was done. Tracy Wolfson reported that he also told them to get the job done without him.

However, after a quick trip back to the locker room, Broome then came back out and fans on hand lost their minds. Shortly after, he indeed took the floor again and helped the Tigers close things out against Tom Izzo and the Spartans.

In his postgame presser, Broome didn't hesitate in saying that he'll be ready to rock for the Final Four showdown against Florida next weekend. For a minute or two, everyone was fearing the worst for one of the best players in the country. However, Broome is going to be just fine and he's ready to help the Tigers push for a national title.
