It's senior night in Neville Arena, but which of Auburn basketball's seniors could return for another season on the Plains?

The 2023-2024 Auburn basketball season has flown by, and we have finally arrived at the last game of the regular season, which is senior night for the Auburn Tigers. It's sure to be an emotional night, especially for this group that has stuck together all season through adversity and seems to be having fun at all times. But, for some of the seniors, the option to run it back is there.

This group of seniors includes some of the most memorable players over the years and are mostly guys who have been with Auburn basketball since day one. Tonight the Tigers will honor seniors Dylan Cardwell, KD Johnson, Chris Moore, Jalen Harper, and Carter Sobera. While no longer seniors, this season marks the end of eligibility for Lior Berman and Jaylin Williams.

Berman's season ended unfortunately after he tore his ACL in the March 2 game against Mississippi State, but Jaylin Williams will be participating in his final game on the Plains.

Though it is their senior season, NCAA athletes who were on the team in 2020 when the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic will have one extra year of eligibility to use should they choose. The Tigers have several COVID seniors, including Cardwell, KD Johnson, and Moore. According to Justin Hokanson of Auburn Live, many of the Tigers' seniors could choose to play another season, but there has been no confirmation if any of them will do so.

Also of note is the fact that the Auburn basketball program seems to be including junior Johni Broome in the senior day celebrations, which could indicate that Broome has already decided he will part ways with the Tigers and declare for the NBA Draft in June.

The Tigers will tip off against the Georgia Bulldogs on senior night tonight at 5:30 p.m. from Neville Arena.
